Can I return a product if I no longer want it?
We want all our customers to enjoy their products so if you’re not happy with your order then you can send it back to us. All we ask is that you let us know that you don’t want the order within 7 days of receipt and make sure the products have not been opened.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy
Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of the product purchased from www.limboss.com, (“Website”) you may request for a full refund or exchange by requesting to return the product within seven (7) days from the date you receive your order.
Subject to the following:
– Item must be purchased from the Website;
– Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner;
– All returns and exchanges requests must be accompanied with a legible copy of the original sales receipt/invoice; and
– Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
– If you are returning due to an allergy reaction, you would need to provide a photographic evidence/ doctor’s certificate in order for us to accept the used product back.
Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or our whatspp function on the website to request a returns authorization number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer.
It is important to note that any beauty bag, beauty box, advent calendar, or special edition boxes will not be eligible for returns as the products inside may have been removed from their original packaging for presentation purposes. Due to health and safety reasons we are not able to accept these back once they have been delivered.
