Apply to eyelid and blend using Limboss brush #124 brush. For base layer – apply to eye lid and blend, then and cover with eye shadow layer.
To use as Kohl, use Limboss brush #140 to apply to top and bottom eye lid line. For a smokey-eye effect, blend with Limboss brush #126.
